To take part in a DeuFöV language course, participants must already have the required previous language level. For example, anyone wishing to join a B2 course must first provide proof of B1 level.
All courses conclude with a telc examination. Upon successful completion, participants receive the corresponding telc certificate. The exams are conducted at the Profilingbüro Glaser examination center.

Special Module A2
Course Goal: After successful completion, participants will be able to communicate in a simple and coherent manner in everyday professional situations. They will be able to talk about their work, company, and products. The most important grammatical structures can generally be used correctly.
Target Group:
People of working age with German as a second language who wish to improve their job-related or vocational German skills.
Learners who passed the Deutsch-Test für Zuwanderer (DTZ) but did not yet reach level A2 within the integration course, including the 300-hour repetition module.
Books and Learning Materials:
Provided to participants in class.
Those who can prove their A2 level with a certificate not older than six months can join directly.
Participation is free of charge for persons entitled or obliged by the Jobcenter or Employment Agency.
Course Fees: The Employment Agency or Jobcenter covers the course costs and decides who can take part. If you are already employed and not entitled to a cost exemption, you can apply for reimbursement of 50 % of the fee after successful completion. Employers may also cover the costs.

Assessment: Your teacher will monitor your progress and assess your learning development regularly. At the end of the module, you will take a final test and receive a certificate if successful. This certificate can be helpful for your further professional path.

Special Module B1
Course Objective After successfully completing the course, participants will be able to communicate in a simple and coherent manner in everyday professional situations. Motivation is a PrerequisiteThe language level targeted is at the upper B1 range, also referred to as B1+. To achieve this goal, participants must bring along a strong willingness to learn. Regular and punctual attendance, as well as the readiness to actively participate, are essential for learning success.
The exam for the “telc B1+ Beruf” certificate is significantly more demanding than the “Deutsch-Test für Zuwanderer” (DTZ) at the end of the integration course.
The Course is Intended for:Learners who have completed the integration course with level B1 and received the certificate, at least six months ago, and wish to prepare for a subsequent B2 course.
Learners who reached level A2 in the “Deutsch-Test für Zuwanderer” (DTZ) after regular attendance and repetition of 300 lessons.
Learners with a migration background who want to improve their chances in the job market through a job-related language course.
To participate free of charge, you need an authorization or obligation form from the job center or employment agency. Please contact your caseworker!
Course Costs The employment agency or job center covers the costs and decides whether the modules of the job-related German language course will be funded. If you are employed and do not yet have sufficient German skills to meet the demands of your job, you may be eligible for a 50% subsidy of the course fee. The remaining amount can usually be paid by your employer.

Your teacher regularly conducts written performance assessments and evaluates your learning progress at the end of each module. Each module concludes with a certificate of participation. This enables you to document your progress and continue your professional path with improved German skills.

Special Module B2
Course Objective After successfully completing the course, you will be able to communicate in a simple and coherent way in professional everyday situations. You will be able to talk about your work, your company, and its products. You will also be able to use the most important grammatical structures correctly in general. Motivation is a PrerequisiteThe target language level is in the upper B2 range. To achieve this goal, participants must bring a high degree of learning motivation. This requires regular and punctual attendance as well as the willingness to learn actively both in class and independently. The B2 course comprises a total of 500 teaching units, including bridging elements, and aims to reach language level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The language course has a clear professional orientation. The course concludes with a certificate examination.
Admission RequirementsAuthorization or obligation to participate in the national job-related German language promotion (DeuFöV)
Completion of the “Deutsch-Test für Zuwanderer (DTZ)” with results in both “Listening/Reading” and “Writing” below the following point thresholds:
Listening/Reading: less than 37 points
Writing: less than 17 points
Alternatively: an external language certificate at level B1 (weak)
Target group: People with a migration background, job seekers, unemployed persons, trainees, and migrants who need or wish professional support to improve their job-related German language skills
Course ContentB2 with Bridging Element: Independent Language Use Participants will improve, strengthen, and actively and purposefully acquire their skills in listening, reading, speaking/interacting, and writing. They will build further job-related competences and will be prepared for their individual requirements for activation and integration.

If you are employed and do not yet have sufficient language skills to perform your work tasks, you may be required to pay a cost contribution of 50% of the course fee. The payment can often be made directly by your employer.

Special Module B2
Course Content Apprentices with a migration background often face special language challenges that can affect their learning success and work performance. To ensure that their professional skills and talents are not hindered by language barriers, we support trainees through a specialized job-related German language course.
Thanks to the course’s part-time format, participants can attend the lessons alongside their vocational training. Profilingbüro Glaser offers this course as an officially recognized provider of job-related German language training in cooperation with the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF). The BAMF covers all costs for this course.
Course Objectives This course is designed for trainees with a migration background who need to improve their language skills for professional qualification.
The goal is to achieve language level B2, helping participants overcome language barriers in their vocational training and at vocational school.
Completing the course also increases employment opportunities in the German job market. The course concludes with a telc language examination at level B2.
Participation Requirements
Proof of B1 language level (passed “German Test for Immigrants – Deutschtest für Zuwanderer B1” or B1 certificate from telc or Goethe-Institut)
Completion of a placement test
Course Registration and Cost Coverage The application for participation authorization and cost coverage is submitted by the provider Profilingbüro Glaser to the BAMF.
This process also includes the course registration.
